- What is Four Acre Wood? Established in it's current form in the winter of 2003, Four Acre Wood is a unique four acre 150+ year old farmstead in Hunterdon County, NJ. The keepers of "the Wood", are Bill, Karen, Barbara and Penny. Bill and Karen are married, Barbara is Karen's mom and Penny is Bill's aunt. Yes, we did say unique. With that said we should have many stories of our journey together in the coming years and will use this blog as our opportunity to share some of those with others.
